"Sarah is an amazing agent to work with, she is always on top of everything always responds quick as possible. "Customer service is key with me. Not the best here. The response time was slow or not at all. I had to keep calling to get an update on my policy. At times I was told to expect a call within a certain amount of time and never got the call. I got a text instead with no reply after. I let 2 days go by without a response before moving on. I'll take my business elsewhere, where I can manage my own policy from an app. It'll make everything much easier for me."
